associated with screen production in New Zealand, including international productions that conduct their business in New Zealand. This includes pre-production, production and post-production.

These guidelines are not a substitute for the Health Safety at Work Act 2015, or other relevant legislation, and international productions should be familiar with the provisions of the legislation and regulations relevant to their line of work. The information provided in these guidelines has been developed to complement legislative requirements for health and safety in New Zealand, primarily being the Health Safety at Work Act 2015 and its regulations.
