Safety Requirements for a Call Sheet


Use this checklist when drafting your Call Sheets for distribution to cast and crew. This will ensure you have included all the basic information required.

Health & Safety Induction


Use this form to get each person working on a production to fill out as a record that their Health & Safety induction has been completed.

Health & Safety Policy


Every Production is required to have a Health & Safety Policy. This form can be used for that purpose once filled out and covers the minimum standards expected.

Health & Safety Risk Assessment


This form gives an example of what a best practice Health & Safety Risk Assessment might look like.

Incident Register


This template is a printable form to record any incidents that occur on a Production.

Injury or Illness Investigation Form


In the event of injury or illness on a Production, this form can be used to fill out the details of the incident.

Risk Register


This template can be used to create a risk register of known risks or hazards the Production team should be aware of.
